Marital relations are analysed in particular detail, as four princesses of the Lithuanian and Polish dynasties (the Jagiellonian, the Vasa, the Sobieski and the Wettin dynasties), as well as a princess from the Radvila family, were married to the Wittelsbachs of Bavaria.
