We are delighted and proud that the Palace of the Grand Dukes – a historic center of diplomacy – was the venue where the leaders of the Bucharest Nine, the Nordic countries, and NATO gathered. The summit was attended by leaders of the Baltic States, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The National Museum – Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania Archaeology Collection contains several dozen weights of various shapes, materials and bearing a variety of markings. They were used in different periods and served a range of purposes. For example, some weights were meant for weighing coins or luxury goods, others were used by jewellers, coin minters and pharmacists.

The international exhibition "Pidhirtsi Palace. History and Art Collections" presents a European gem of Ukrainian heritage. This geographically distant yet culturally significant site for Ukraine, Poland, and Lithuania is the Pidhirtsi residence. The treasures of its historical collections are now dispersed and preserved in several museums across Ukraine and Poland. The Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania has brought to Vilnius the most valuable pieces from the centuries-old Pidhirtsi art collections, kept at the Borys Voznytskyi Lviv National Art Gallery and the Lviv Historical Museum.
