“Affabre Concinui”, referred to as the kings of Polish a cappella - performers of exceptional talent and phenomenal vocal skills.

“Affabre Concinui” is a male vocal sextet founded in 1983 in Poznań. Its members were singers of the Poznań Boys’ Choir and “The Poznań Nightingales”. The group performs works a cappella, their artistic credo is defined by their Latin name, which translates to “perfectly harmonizing”. The performers mention the English vocal sextet “The King’s Singers” as their inspiration.

The group’s repertoire includes several hundred different pieces: folk songs, old religious and secular music (from Renaissance motets and madrigals to Romantic carols, Polish and Christmas secular carols), pieces for orchestra, musical jokes, jazz standards and pop hits. The pieces are distinguished by a peculiar, clean and natural sound, excellent imitation of musical instruments and combined by witty presentation.
