On January 25th, Vilnius citizens and guests greeted Vilnius in the Palace of the Grand Dukes. The unveiling ceremony of the monument "The Oaths of the Grand Duke Gediminas of Lithuania to Vilnius and Lithuania", donated by the Vilnius Club, took place in the Grand Courtyard, and Gediminas' letters were read out in the actual Gediminas Tower at the Palace of the Dukes. A new exhibition "The Dawn of the City of Gediminas", and a 3D projection of the tower from the time of Gediminas was presented during the opening ceremony.
