During the discussion "Women and the 1863–1864 Uprising," the uprising was discussed from the perspective of women's experiences and their role in the uprising. Historians Dr. Małgorzata Koronkiewicz-Hupajło and Dr. Olga Mastianica-Stankevič discussed how women's histories broaden our understanding of political, social, and memory processes in 19th-century Lithuania and the region. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Dr. Egidijus Aleksandravičius.
