The idea to create an audio guide in Ukrainian started being realised in 2021 upon the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Mrs Olena Zelenska. The audio guide is the frst digital presentation of the Museum’s expositions in Ukrainian.
The First Ladies of Ukraine and Lithuania Mrs Olena Zelenska and Mrs Diana Nausėdienė will be sharing their words of welcome at the event, with Ambassador of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania Petro Beshta, Director of the Borys Voznytsky National Art Gallery Taras Voznyak, journalist and head of the organisation Strong Together Edmundas Jakilaitis, Director of the National Museum – Palace of the Grand Dukes Dr Vydas Dolinskas and Head of the Museum’s Department of Education and leader of the audio guide project Lirija Steponavičienė also participating.
The event will be held in Lithuanian and Ukrainian with simultaneous interpretation into English. Ukrainian artists will be performing at the event.

Afer the presentation, all who are interested are invited to stay in the Events Hall for a lecture by Prof. habil. Dr Ihor Cependa, titled "Ukraine 2022". The lecture will begin at 6 pm and will be in Polish with simultaneous interpretation into Lithuanian.
