The concert of the international scientific conference “LITHUANIA-ITALY: centuries connections”

International early music ensemble "Canto fiorito" will present the music of Giovanni Batista Cocciola, who lived in Lithuania and Poland. Italian composer and singer worked in the manor of Polish king and Lithuanian grand duke Sigismund Vasa, was composer in the manor of Lithuanian Grand Duchy chancellor and Vilnius voivode Leon Sapieha. Many recently discovered compositions of Cocciola, that are particularly high valued by early music specialists, will feature in the concert for the first time.
