On Thursday, the 4th of April, a panel discussion reviewed the history of state awards, discussed the significance of the state award as a symbolic object in the formation of national identity and the preservation of historical memory. The discussion was moderated by Marijus Uzorka and featured Vilius Kavaliauskas and Antanas Valionis.
